They were gonna go with Farfalla, but didn't have the same panache'. Not surprisingly, the phrase originated in America...and hold your hat Noah, it's origin is pretty racist - "The term was used by American critics and those in other countries because most of these Westerns were produced and directed by Italians." There you go. ;)
