Just came back from Publix and talked to the clerk there about how I watched Chef last night and got inspired by the sprinkled advice that great chefs start with great ingredients then figure out recipes from there. Taking this advice, I saw a few beautiful heads of broccoli and put them in my basket.

When I told the clerk this story, what was her immediate response? You know it already: are you a chef?

Ugh! No I’m not a chef. I know you mean well but I can live my life doing things without the label!!!
